What to include

Something is broken. Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. If a message never arrived, the sending service and the rough time help far more than the address itself, which may already be deleted by the time we read your note.

Abuse. If an address on one of our domains has been used against you, send the full message including headers. We can block an address and a sender, and we do. What we cannot do is recover mail that has already been deleted, which for a guest mailbox is usually within a day.

Legal requests. Send them to the same address. Note that mailboxes and their contents are deleted automatically on a short schedule and there is no archive to produce.

Advertising and partnerships. Same address, please say clearly what you are proposing in the first line.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover a deleted mailbox or a deleted message. Deletion is permanent and immediate, and there is no backup copy to restore from.

We cannot get a specific website to accept a disposable address. If a site blocks the domain you used, try another domain from the list on the home page.

We cannot tell you who used a temporary address, beyond what is in the message itself, because we do not collect that information.

Response time

This is a small operation. Most notes get an answer within a couple of days. Abuse reports are looked at first.
